| At government-authorized scrappers, we can check vehicle registration records online. We also check for seizure or lien and assist you quickly with lien release or cancellation. |

| Tow Truck Dispatch |
| Provide the towing location and a contact number reachable at the time of towing, and our Auto-R towing team will arrange pickup at a time convenient for you. |
| STEP4 |

| Scrapping Fee Provision |
| Once the vehicle and deregistration documents arrive and are inspected, we deposit payment immediately to your account and issue a receipt or proceed with over-age filing, as applicable. |
| STEP5 |

| Deregistration Brokerage |
| We submit the deregistration application directly to the registration office and handle the entire procedure on your behalf. There is no brokerage fee. |
| STEP6 |

| Deregistration / Deregistration Certificate Issuance |
| For vehicles with no seizure or lien, we issue the official Vehicle Deregistration Certificate. If there is seizure or lien, we issue a certificate of receipt for over-age filing. We send documents to your requested phone number, fax, or address. |
