Early car scrapping

This method allows you to scrap your vehicle while receiving the government’s early car scrapping subsidy in addition to the payment from the scrap yard. It applies only to old diesel cars and must meet the conditions set by the city or county. The city or county sets these conditions at the start of the year, and the program may end once the budget is exhausted. Eligible vehicles are grade 5 or grade 4.
